Hi Rob As you know, we exchanged contracts yesterday on the sale of our cottage and the purchase of our new home. I just wanted to record sincere thanks for the part you and your team played in bringing this about. Having spoken with two of your competitors, you may be interested to know why we asked Whitehorn & Guard to handle the sale. You all shone in terms of professionalism and knowledge; but in Whitehorn & Guard's case the company demonstrated that something extra... maybe it was total enthusiasm and confidence. And what an impressive and dedicated team, especially yourself and Lucy with whom we had greatest contact. But everyone was positive and cheery, utterly convinced that a sale would not be long in coming. You were right. It all seems ages ago, but infact it was only the middle of last June and now here we are barely three months later having advertised, found a buyer and sold (well exchanged contracts). In these times of sticky housing sales this strikes us as a real achievement. Infact, if you recall, you found two buyers! So our sincere thanks for all your efforts on our behalf.
